Class Schedules

Group Fitness Class Schedule

Group classes are a fun an energetic way to keep up with your fitness goals. Classes will be catered to fit all fitness levels and will include, strength training, cardiovascular, balance and endurance.

Each class is 1 hour long and is only $15 per person. The best part is 20% of all classes of 8 people or more will be donated back to a local charity of the groups choosing!

If you have a group of friends that wants to form their own group please message us and we will block out a day and time each week and get you started.

If you would like to sign up for an existing group and make some new friends just message us under the "contact me" page and let us know the day and time you are signing up for. The first 10 people to sign up will gain access to each class so be sure to let us know right away.

Monday

5pm- Teen Fitness

6:15pm- Adult Fitness (Limited spots available)

7:30pm- Adult Fitness

Tuesday

5:15pm - Pre Teen Fitness (7-12 year old)

6:15pm- Teen Fitness

Wednesday

6:15pm- Adult Fitness

7:30pm- Adult Fitness

Friday

5:15pm- Pre-Teen Fitness (7-12 year old)

6:15pm- Teen Fitness
